Abstract. The article analyzes the effect of vibration loads in the whole body mode (WBV) on the functional state of the cardiovascular system, physical performance, activity of immune system cells, qualified athletes – canoe racing.
It was shown that there were no statistically significant changes in the main indicators of the functioning of the cardiovascular system (heart rate, blood pressure) and physical performance (PWC170) of athletes under the influence of vibration loads. The study of the blood levels of pro-inflammatory (IL-2, IL6) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4, IL-10) interleukins showed an increase IL-10 level, decrease of IL-2 level, and a lower value of the IL-6/IL-10 coefficient in athletes who trained on a vibration simulator, which indicates the predominance of anti-inflammatory processes and a decrease in the risk of developing long-term inflammation. The absence of negative effect on indicators of physical performance and the functional state of the аthletes allows us to consider WBV as an supplement of training process.
