Experimental and Clinical Physiology and BiochemistryTo study the effect of Retabolilum derivative tiopiranotiazolu (Compound LES-2222) and testosterone propionate on the protein content in blood serum, tissues, organs and muscle in rats at food deprivation 5 groups of animals, with 6 animals in each group, were formed: control received I–complete diet, II–exposed control of food deprivation for 9 days with free access to water. To the experimental animals against the background of food deprivation these pharmacological agents that are administered daily were also applied for 9 days. It has been established that food deprivation leads to a decrease of total protein in organs and tissues compared to intact, and the substrates investigated – increase total protein, with the highest index value is set when entering substances LES- 2222 in rats compared to similar other groups.
Thus, the total protein content of rat serum testosterone propionate and use of retabolil compared to the control group II animals was higher, respectively, 2,7 and 5,7 %, and for the use of substances LES-2222 – 7,6 %.
In rat liver tissue indicators of total protein under conditions of food deprivation differed, but the value of the index was higher: for actions of retabolil 11,7 %, substance LES-2222 – 20,4% and testosterone propionate – 14,0 %. Analysis of the relationship of total protein in the liver tissue of the conditions of research indicates the average power correlation (η2 = 0,314).
The smallest decrease of total protein in rat spleen tissue was found after the application of substances LES-2222. However, according to the analysis of the results of the effects of research on the content of total protein in spleen tissue between them there is a weak correlation (η2 = 0,128).
The use of testosterone propionate and substance LES-2222, against the background of food deprivation inhibits catabolism processes in the kidney tissue, providing higher value content of soluble proteins. Established research results confirmed dependence on the conditions of the research content of soluble proteins in kidney tissue of rats: correlation of medium strength (η2 = 0,479).
The introduction of substances with anabolic effect, against food deprivation, provides higher levels of total protein in testis by using retabolil 24,4 %, substance LES-2222 and testosterone propionate, respectively, 21,4 and 22,4 %, compared to the Breakfast II controls. According to the analysis of the results of our research the content of soluble proteins testis tissue depends on the conditions for research and value of the index is correlated with the average power (η2 = 0,329).
Established difference between the values of the average values of the content of soluble proteins in the tissues of the heart muscle is within the statistical error of the mean and was unlikely; and skeletal muscle tissue under conditions of food deprivation, the use of these substances leads to a tendency of increasing of soluble proteins concentration by the action of testosterone propionate 20,4 % for retabolil – 22,4 % and substance LES-2222 – 26,5% than in animals for food deprivation For the first time the impact of derivative tiopiranotiazol (substances LES-2222) on the performance of protein metabolism in rats has been established.
