Experimental and Clinical Physiology and BiochemistryAn inflammatory process of any nature is accompanied by development of difficult complex of successive metabolic and immunological reactions and on the initial stage of inflammatory process they have protective character. As the inflammation progresses the system of feed-backs and activating of the humorale systems, that already does not yield to adjusting and comes forward as an independent nosotropic factor, are violated. With the purpose to study intensity of biochemical violations for patients with drug resistant tuberculosis the level of acute phases proteins was determined: С-reactive of squirrel (СRP), ceruloplasmin (CPU), haptoglobin (Нр), transferrin (Тf) and function of liver. Determination Content of haptoglobin was conducted by a rivanolis method after S.J. Prokhorovska, B.L. Moshovych, level of transferrin was determined using methodology of J.О. Ilku et al., amount of ceruloplasmin – folowing the modified method of N.A. Rawin, СRP and hepatic test was conducted using methodology described in monographs of V. G. Retorts et al., V. S Kamyshnikova et al. Work with the obtained results was carried out using a licensed program, included in the package of Microsoft Office Professional 2000 (license of Russian Academic OPEN No Level N 17016297) on the IBM personal computer using Exel program after recommendations of С.N. Lapach.
All patients were divided into two groups: basic – (drug resistant tuberculosis), which distinguished the resistant stamms of mycobacterium of tuberculosis (MBТ) to antibiotics preparations and control ("sensible" tuberculosis) were patients which distinguished the stamms of МBТ sensible to АМBP. The study of proteins of "sharp phase" was undertaken for 36 children (basic group – 17, control – 19) and for 52 teenagers (basic group – 23, control – 29), СRP and hepatic tests – for 52 children (23 and 29, according to groups) and for 132 teenagers (69 and 63, according to groups). The norm indexes limits of "acute phase" proteins were certain at examination of 21 relatively healthy persons, donors. Consequently, in children’s and teenagers’ consumptive breathing organs, in relation to the indexes of norm, there is a reliable increase in the serum of blood proteins at "acute phase".
Exceeding of confidence interval of norm is established: Нр in 82,5 % children and in 86,8 % teenagers, CPU – 74,0 and 80,4 %, Тf – 64,7 and 72,1 %, accordingly. Informing indexes of Нр, CPU, Тf for children on active drug resistant tuberculosis presented: 85,3, 76,5, 67,2 %; for teenagers – 91,3, 82,6 and 74,6 % accordingly. Content of Нр and CPU in the serum of children’s and teenagers’ blood with a drug resistant tuberculosis white plague was for certain higher compared to the patients with typical tuberculosis with the stored sensitiveness of causative agent to АМBP.
Between activity, phase, prevalence of specific process and sizes of indexes of Нр, CPU, Тf is set cross-correlation copulas of high degree of correlation: of Нр (r = 0,78); CPU (r = 0,74); Тf (r = 0,67). The level of “acute phase” proteins of blood in dynamics can be used in quality criterion on determination of activity of process and prognostication of its motion for children and teenagers. Consumptive children and teenagers, who develop beginning of АМBT, also had changes of their functional state, particularly in liver, which was characterized by the 1,3–1,4 times increased activity of transaminases. The height of indexes of АLTт and АST can be conditioned, both by strengthening of processes of transamineses amino acids in liver and damage of hepatocytes as a result of present tubercular intoxication.
